Experience and a proven track record of working with children are excellent qualifications for a nanny.  Some of the best nannies do not have formal qualifications, but have built on experience acquired as a mother’s help. A maternity nurse will take care of the baby and guide and advise the mother.  Depending on your needs, a maternity nurse can be contracted for as little as a few days’ residential position, or up to four months or more.  Maternity nurses are often trained nannies or a midwife who specialises in caring for new babies.  We can organise for them to be on call 12 or 24 hours a day, five or six days a week, especially at night, to help both parents catch up on some sleep.

An extra pair of hands for Mum, mother's helps can help with everything from light housework, washing, ironing and cooking to taking children to school, however, it is mainly a childcare role. Newly qualified, or without childcare qualifications, they should not take sole charge of children full time - but can help with limited sole charge, as well as school runs and taking children to and from nursery. Like a nanny, a mother's help can be daily, live-in, full-time, part-time, temporary or permanent - to suit your needs.

A qualified, unqualified and/or experienced childcarer who wants to work abroad either on a winter or summer season. This person needs to be confident, enthusiastic, flexible, energetic and be able to work as a team. An ideal position for someone who wants to travel and see the world. Companies offer different positions dependent on level of qualification and experience.
