Maternity Coaching

 

It is amazing that as soon as you announce that you are pregnant things start to change.

For many women transitioning to and back from maternity leave can be one of the most difficult challenges they face in their careers.  For Employers (large and small) coping effectively with maternity leavers and returners can be a significant management challenge. 

 

More and more organisations are now recognising the challenges associated with the successful return of mothers to work and are responding to this need with the provision of maternity coaching programmes.

 

At the Executive Coaching Consultancy we work with organisations such as Allen and Overy and Merrill Lynch to help them ensure that their maternity leavers become maternity returners.  Through a confidential coaching programme we offer women the opportunity to work through some of the issues they face during this period of transition, from managing your handover and changes in perception before you actually go on leave to how to navigate and even negotiate your successful return to work and then effectively manage the dual roles of being a parent and continuing your career.
