Placing you the right role

We listen closely to what our applicants are looking for and we always give you as much information about the vacancies as possible so that you are able to make an informed decision about whether or not you want to be put forward for the position.

Our vetting process is as follows:

  • We interview all applicants in person
  • We check three of the references you provide
  • We contact the college where you have completed your qualification for verification
  • We recommend a self-initiated Criminal Records Bureau check, if you have not already done so
  • We also verify proof of name change if your references and/or certificates are in a different name to your current name, eg marriage certificate.
Following this we send your details to the various jobs you are interested in, giving the clients as much information as possible, so that they have all the relevant details prior to interview.

When a client requests an interview with a candidate, we arrange the interview for you at a mutually convenient time. We provide you with the client’s details, including telephone number (so that you can call for directions) prior to the interview and we also run through the job details with you in detail to refresh your memory.

After the interview we ask you to contact us so that we are able to obtain immediate feedback. We then telephone the client to get their reaction. We liaise with you if they want to organise a second interview or if they wish to offer you a position.
